Terms of Service for Ag Fence Pro

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ag Fence Pro (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a mobile and web-based software service provided by Shenandoah Ag Tech, LLC (“Company”). By accessing or using the Ag Fence Pro app and web portal (collectively, the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

2. B2B Software Agreement

Ag Fence Pro is a business-to-business (B2B) application developed specifically for agricultural fence construction companies. By registering an account, you confirm that you are authorized to represent a business entity.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, registering for, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the App.

4. Account Registration & Management

You are responsible for managing your company account and all associated users. Through the Ag Fence Pro web portal, you may add, edit, and remove users, and control access to company data. You must ensure that all users follow these Terms.

5. Subscription & Payment

Ag Fence Pro is offered as a monthly subscription service only.
Subscription fees are billed automatically each month.
Companies can manage their billing information and subscription status through the Ag Fence Pro web portal.
No refunds are issued for partial months or unused services.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous access to the App, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Occasional maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and software within Ag Fence Pro are the exclusive property of Shenandoah Ag Tech, LLC. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of the App without written consent.

8. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for consumer or personal purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized activities.
Share your login credentials or allow others to access the App under a single user account. Each user must have a unique login.

Modify, copy, distribute, reproduce, republish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the App.

9. Use of Third-Party Services

Ag Fence Pro integrates third-party services to enhance functionality. Specifically, the App uses the Google Maps SDK to provide location-based features such as mapping, address lookup, and navigation support.

By using Ag Fence Pro, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (available at: https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps) and the Google Privacy Policy (available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Use of Google Maps features within the App is subject to availability and may be affected by your device’s location services settings or internet connectivity.

10. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and only collect data necessary to operate and improve the Ag Fence Pro service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details regarding data usage and security.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or suspected misuse of the App.

12. Limitation of Liability

Shenandoah Ag Tech, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted through the App or web portal. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
