Ag Fence Pro – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ag Fence Pro mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Shenandoah Ag Tech, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using Ag Fence Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

By using Ag Fence Pro, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are using the Service for lawful business or personal agricultural purposes

  • All information you provide is accurate and current

2. Description of Service

Ag Fence Pro is a digital fence planning, estimating, mapping, and project management application designed for agricultural fence contractors, farmers, and related businesses.

Features may include:

  • GPS mapping and project measurement

  • Fence estimating tools

  • Gate and brace planning (Fenceline Engine)

  • PDF report generation

  • Project storage and management

  • Subscription-based premium features

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity under your account

  • Immediately notifying us of unauthorized use

Accounts may not be shared unless explicitly permitted under your subscription tier.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Ag Fence Pro offers Free and Paid subscription tiers.

Paid Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected.

  • Payments are processed via third-party providers (such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe).

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable payment provider.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the software

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

  • Upload malicious code

  • Use the app in a way that interferes with other users

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Data & Project Information

You retain ownership of data you enter into Ag Fence Pro.

By using the Service, you grant Shenandoah Ag Tech a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data caused by user error

  • Inaccurate GPS measurements due to device limitations

  • Incorrect estimates resulting from user-entered data

You are responsible for verifying all project measurements and calculations before relying on them for contractual or construction decisions.

7. No Professional Guarantee

Ag Fence Pro provides estimating and planning tools. It does not provide engineering, surveying, or licensed professional services.

All measurements, cost calculations, and project outputs are estimates only. You assume full responsibility for verifying accuracy before use in contracts or construction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Shenandoah Ag Tech, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Contractual disputes

  • Property damage

  • Errors in estimates or measurements

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the previous 12 months.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access

  • Error-free performance

  • Complete accuracy of GPS or satellite data

  • That the Service will meet all business needs

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You fail to pay subscription fees

  • You misuse the Service

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design elements, trademarks, and content associated with Ag Fence Pro are the property of Shenandoah Ag Tech, LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of Ag Fence Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Virginia.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we will provide notice within the app or via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
